Karen Douglass serves as Pinnacle Development’s Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration, bringing over 35 years of experience in accounting and operations. She plays a key role in overseeing the company’s financial and administrative functions, leveraging her extensive expertise to ensure operational excellence.

Before joining Pinnacle Development, Karen held various accounting roles across privately held companies in diverse industries. Her career includes over a decade of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax, where she managed client’s financial and accounting processes. She has developed deep expertise in general ledger systems, financial analysis, and process optimization. Most recently, Karen served as Controller for the Dallas Cowboys’ Blue Star Investment and ProStar Energy entities.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant with the Texas Board of Public Accountancy. A native of Houston and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Karen now resides in Euless with her husband and their French bulldog, Louie.
