Taylor Roberts is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate, where he leads site selection efforts for the company’s clients and plays a key role in expanding and strengthening client relationships. He is actively involved in client procurement, site and market analysis, third-party broker management, and development advisory, helping clients identify optimal locations and execute strategic, long-term growth plans. 

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Taylor served as a First Vice President at CBRE for 12 years. During his tenure, he gained comprehensive experience across all facets of the retail real estate industry, including development advisory, national and regional shopping center leasing, and national and regional tenant representation. His site selection work spanned multiple markets, providing him with a broad perspective on market dynamics and tenant demand. Taylor has worked with a wide range of institutional landlords and tenants, including Kite Realty, CIM Group, Pinetree, Ohio Teachers, United Commercial Development, and LaSalle Investment Management, Charter Spectrum, among others. 

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth and children, Marlowe and Porter. His interests include golfing, skiing, live music, and traveling to new destinations.
